Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area implements a real-name ticket booking system. Please select your preferred visiting time slot when purchasing tickets. Upon successful purchase, valid ID cards are required for verification upon entry.

Invoice Claim：

ticket Invoices: Enter the official WeChat accounts "龙门石窟" or "龙门石窟官微", select "One-Stop Ticket Purchase" on the homepage, click the "E-Invoice" menu, fill in the required information, and issue the invoice after confirmation.

Ticket Inclusion：

Xishan Grottoes, Dongshan Grottoes, Xiangshan Temple, Bai Garden.

How to Use：

Enter by verifying your ID card. The recommended visiting sequence is: Xishan Grottoes → Dongshan Grottoes → Xiangshan Temple → Bai Garden. This is a one-way route requiring four separate ticket checks. Please keep your ticket and ID documents with you for inspection.

Ticket Concessions & Procedures：

Free Admission Applicable to:

Seniors aged 60 and above (including holders of the Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card of the People’s Republic of China).

Children aged 12 and below OR with a height of 1.4 meters and below.

Ticket Office & Closing Times：

Ticket Sales: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Last Entry: 8:00 PM

Site Clearance: 9:00 PM

Refund Policy：

Unused tickets from successfully paid orders can be refunded upon request within six months.

Refund requests will be processed by staff within 3-5 business days.

Tickets are non-refundable once used. Thank you for your understanding.
